Professional Counseling Services

Welcome to my practice, where I support adults navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and life transitions. I also work with first responders and understand the unique and complex stressors inherit in public service occupations. I am committed to providing a safe space for clients to processes their experiences and prioritize their well-being. I also specialize in working with first responders, understanding the unique challenges faced in public service roles. My commitment to create a safe, supportive environment for clients to process their experiences and prioritize their well-being.

Fees

Tina Plute Counseling is currently unable to process insurance billing. The rates are as follows:

  • Individual Sessions $50
